You Did It!

February 28, 2017

The response from Beaver Nation for the Oregon State Baseball Hall of Fame Room campaign was absolutely amazing! The campaign closed at 11 a.m., today and our total raised was $108,720.69, which was 217% of our initial goal. For that and for everything you do in support of OSU Baseball, we want to emphatically say THANK YOU.

This Hall of Fame room will be a way, as we have said from the beginning, to celebrate the rich history and tradition of this program and now you and/or your family's name will forever be associated with that tradition.

If you have not been contacted already, Brian Pecor (541-737-1128 | brian.pecor@osufoundation.org) will be in touch soon to discuss how you would like your personalized floor panel to read. The Hall of Fame Room is scheduled to be unveiled the weekend of April 7-9 during our series against Utah.

We will provide more details regarding that weekend as they are made available, but please feel free to contact Brian beforehand with any questions.

Again, thank you for making this project a reality and, as always, GO BEAVS!

Gratefully,

Pat Casey, OSU Head Baseball Coach

Jim Patterson, Senior Associate Director of Athletics, Development

Thank you for Fully Funding this Project!

February 08, 2017

The #JoinOurTeam campaign, which in support of the re-imagination of the trophy room at Goss Stadium into an Oregon State Baseball Hall of Fame Room, had an initial goal of $50k to support a portion of the overall project.

Because of your overwhelming love for this program, that goal was reached in just eight (8) days! This amazing level of participation made it a reality that we could fully fund this project through our current crowdfunding campaign. Again, Beaver Nation came through!

The all-in cost of this project is $78k and because of your generosity, our campaign currently sits at $107,720. This is amazing with time still remaining.

If you know someone who feels the way you do about OSU Baseball, share this campaign with them. Let them know that those who are interested in supporting are able to personalize a floor panel in the new OSU Baseball Hall of Fame Room. There is one available locations that still remain based on inventory we have received from the architect. We have 45 general floor space panels remaining. Trophy case panels will be laid in an area touching, or adjacent to, the two cases that hold our College World Series trophies. General floor space consists of any other panel not surrounding the trophy cases or around the perimeter of the room.

Again, thank you!
